What shipping service do you use?

We ship our products to Canada, and international destinations using Canada Post Air Mail services. Within Canada we use Expedited Parcel service, with tracking service. Delivery times vary according to your location. Please allow at least 12 business days after placing your order to receive the product. If for any reason your order does not reach you beyond 20 business days, please contact us by phone or email, and we will help you with that.

Could I cancel my order?

A.

If you want to cancel your order, please do not open the product, its seal or wrap. Please contact uswithin 10 days of receiving the product by email or phone to arrange for the return of the product and for refund. We cannot accept cancellation if the product is opened.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning cancelled items to us.
For your protection we recommend using a registered service for returning cancelled items.
